Air Procedure:
The air from “air inlet” enter into the (1) heat exchanger. It will be pre-cooled at first. And then go to the (2) Evaporator, it will be further cooled. The cooled compressed air will pass the (3) air/water Separator, the condensation water will automatically discharge by the (13) Auto-hydathode. The dryer compressed air will enter into the (1) heat exchanger again, it will be returned the temperature. And then come out the refrigerant air dryer.

Refrigerant Procedure:
The refrigerant from the air compressor is in high-temperature and high-pressure liquid. This liquid will pass the (4) air-cooled condenser or (5) water-cooled condenser. It will be lower the temperature. And the compressed air will enter into the (9) Dry filter to get rid of the impurity. And then pass by the capillary to low down the pressure. This time the compressed air will be in the gas and liquid mixed state. Last the compressed air will get into the (2) Evaporator to heat exchange. The refrigeration is finished.

 

Parts List

       

1.Heat Exchanger

Exchange the heat of the hot compressed air which go across the aluminum plate and the cool compressed which cooled by refrigerant.

2.Evaporator

The main part of the exchanger components.
Transfer heat from the compressed air to the cold refrigerant. Low down the temperature of the compressed air.
Forcing the water vapour in the compressed air to air water separator.
The more heat transfer, the more water vapour becomes water,.
The compressed air will dryer than the inlet air.

 

3.Condenser

Cools the refrigerant. The refrigerant will be changed from gas (high temperature and pressure) to liquid.

4.Refrigerant Compressor

The heart of the refrigeration system.
Bring the refrigerant into a hight pressure and temperature.

 

 

  

 

5.High-low Pressure Switch

Protect the refrigerant compressor.

6.Dry Filter

Filtrate the harmful particles in the refrigerant.

 

 

 

7.Capillary Tube (Expansion Valve)

Reduce the pressure of the refrigerant.
The refrigerant will become from all liquid into gas and liquid mixture.

 8.Hot Gas Bypass Valve

Low down the pressure of the refrigerant.

 

 

 

 
Auto-hydathode

Discharge the water in the dryer at regular time.
Can be setting time according the water content in the dryer.
