1. Necessity of use Jianye line air filter

The hidden danger of untreated air…

There are 140 million particles of dirt in every cubic meter. Polluted air in industrial areas is a major threats for any compressed air systerm and pneumatic machine.

 

 

Poor air quanlity costs you money…

Compressed air will contain water, dirty, rust paticles, bacteria which mix together will lead to below problems:
1.  Tools and equipment break down often, experience a shorter lifetime and reduced power.
2.  The end product, or other materials that come into contact with the contaminated air, can suffer spoilage.
3.  The compressed air pipe work will corrde, leading to leaks and a loss of valuable compressed air.

2. Working Principle

Three working principle offer you purer air, can completely protect your pneumatic machine.

1.  Direct interception (remove the larger particles which make linear motion )
2.  Inertial impaction "remove the little and light particles which will changed way by air flow"
3.  Diffusion/brownian movement ( tiny particles are all filtered out after through brownian movement. Once encounter the fibers, the particles will be caught up firmly by wander waals’ force, electrostatic force and vacuum force.)

 

 

 

3. Features

1.  Advantage Module Design: the filter element is separated from the shell. It is more convenient to change the filter element. 
2.  Anti-corrosion of shell: The shell is specially treaded with high strength fluorine carbon. It can be used more than 10 years. 
3.  Optimal sealing: The equipped O-ring and epoxy resin sealing cap can effectively keep the compressed air escaping from the sides of the filter material. 
4.  Efficiency filter element: The filter media consisits of borosilicate fibers in various grades. They can provide a proper purity of the compressed air. 
5.  Standard configuration automatic drain: with automatic control effect which more realiable.
